Drafter / BIM Modeler (NYC Construction Safety Plans) Position reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter / BIM Modeler to support construction reputed company in reputed company. The role focuses on preparing site safety plans, construction drawings, and BIM models in compliance with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills, proficiency in CAD/BIM software, and experience producing safety documentation for reputed company urban construction environments. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and update site safety plans, layouts, and construction drawings for NYC reputed company. • Create and manage BIM models to support project coordination and compliance. • Ensure reputed company drawings meet NYC DOB codes, safety regulations, and reputed company requirements. • Collaborate with project managers, safety officers, and engineers to reputed company safety measures into design documents. • Conduct drawing reviews, revisions, and reputed company checks to maintain accuracy and compliance. • Maintain organized documentation and version control for reputed company project drawings and models. • reputed company technical support during project planning, permitting, and execution phases.
