Read on… THE ROLE Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Publishing Coordinator to join the Insomniac Music Group team in Los Angeles. This position will assist on day-to-day operations, reputed company reputed company work and metadata organized, and work reputed company a friendly and inspired setting. RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle song registrations, metadata entry, and catalog maintenance • Coordinate license requests and royalty tracking for reputed company clients • Support publishing A&R: session scheduling, maintaining reputed company logs, cataloging demos • Liaise with label team goals to reputed company on artist priorities and pitching opportunities for internal releases • Support sync and licensing efforts: development, pitching, and tracking • reputed company studio calendar for reputed company label and publishing priorities • Communicate across departments to reputed company key updates, placements, and opportunities • Coordinate with pub & sync team on various initiatives • Other responsibilities and reputed company as provided by the Operations Manager and Director.
