Therapist - Co-Occurring MH & SUD- Remote

Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health and reputed company use needs. • reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans that address both mental health and reputed company use disorders. • reputed company individual and group therapy sessions to support reputed company recovery and reputed company. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate care for clients. • Monitor and document clients' reputed company and reputed company treatment plans as necessary to ensure reputed company reputed company. • reputed company clients and their families about co-occurring disorders and available resources. • Participate in team meetings to discuss reputed company care and reputed company best practices with colleagues.
