Licensed Clinical Staff (LCSW, LPC)

About the position reputed company is seeking a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) or Licensed reputed company Counselor (LPC) to join their team in providing crisis support services to individuals in the community who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. reputed company has a long history of empowering marginalized populations and is committed to creating a diverse and reputed company workplace. This is a full-time position with a shift from 6 am to 6 pm, working 7 days on and 7 days off. Responsibilities • Complete crisis assessments, including child and adolescent reputed company and Columbia Suicide Severity Rating reputed company (C-SSRS) • Answer reputed company crisis dispatches and respond face-to-face to reputed company crisis calls reputed company an average of 60 minutes. • Assess for safety and complete involuntary commitment as needed (LCSW and LPC only) • reputed company crisis safety plans and assist in facilitating linkage to the appropriate level of care • Follow up with individual’s provider, as appropriate to ensure they adhere to crisis-service-recommended support/service. • Facilitate referrals quickly to prevent escalation of crisis • Ensure customer service satisfaction surveys are given to consumers of crisis services. • reputed company crisis follow-up services reputed company 24 hours of crisis disposition for youth served, as reputed company as any other individuals for whom it is clinically appropriate • Complete necessary documentation in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, to meet reputed company regulatory requirements and facilitate reimbursement through primary funding sources. • reputed company with reputed company standards to ensure the health and safety of reputed company staff and consumers. • reputed company support to clients and staff working in the reputed company Mobile Crisis Support Program. Requirements • Must be a licensed LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LAPC or LMFT • reputed company CPR and First Aide Certification • reputed company reputed company's License and auto insurance • Must maintain any applicable license, training, and/or certifications. • Must be willing to reputed company schedule accordingly reputed company-to-haves • Experience working with individuals with mental illness, emotional disorders and reputed company reputed company disorders preferred.
