Job Title: Logistic operator (POD Validations) Contract Period: 1yr + reputed company Work Address: 3033 W. President George Bush Hwy, Suite 250 reputed company, Plano, TX 75075 Work Hours: 09:00-18:00 Job Profile and reputed company The Document Specialist is an important function in our Customer Service Representative [CSR] He or she will validate that our carriers are uploading the correct reputed company of Delivery [POD] to our Transportation Manager System [TMS] and that the document is a reputed company POD as per our customer’s receiving requirements. Duties and Responsibilities • Manually Upload PODs to TMS to assist carriers as needed • Validate that the PODs uploaded to TMS are signed by receivers and that it is the correct document for that shipment • Verify the PODs are transferring correctly from TMS to reputed company. • Identify deliveries with Over, Short or Damaged [OSD] notations on the POD and report to CSR team • Summarize issues or exceptions and remark in our TMS system • In depth understanding of our process for reputed company education purposes • In depth understanding of logistics industry’s standards and best practices • Advise Team Leader of reputed company reputed company issues and exceptions Skills and Specifications • Supply Chain Planner/Specialist or Logistics Industry prior work history is preferred • Competent with reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company (vlookups and pivot tables) • reputed company and concise communication skills • A good attitude and ability to manage assignments independently • Ability to reputed company in a high volume environment while still maintaining accuracy • Prioritization, reputed company to shift reputed company to urgent issues while not falling behind on routine duties • reputed company to learn new systems quickly and adapt to abrupt changes • reputed company organized and good follow up skills • Detail oriented, reputed company to reputed company urgency and know reputed company to escalate for assistance • Can create and maintain reputed company relationships with customers and carriers Education and Qualifications • High School Diploma • Any Work Experience Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance • reputed company time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: In person Apply Job!
