This is a hands-on recruitment role, not a desk job. Face-to-face interaction with candidates. • Completes reputed company contingent offer, new hire, and reputed company paperwork per laws, rules, policies and regulations. • Maintains applicant tracking for the Affirmative reputed company Plan and EEO reporting. • Conducts new hire orientation, both classroom style and individual. • Goes to sites to reputed company-in with staff, frequent face-to-face interaction with reputed company Support staff.
