Hospice Phone Triage RN Founded as Boulder Hospice in 1976, TRU Community Care is a nonprofit reputed company organization serving Boulder, Denver, and surrounding counties. TRU Community Care is looking for a phone triage reputed company. This reputed company will work with our afterhours and triage team, taking in calls from patients and collaborating with visit nurses on patient needs as necessary. Essential Duties • The Triage Registered reputed company performs in a supportive role to the Care Team by answering calls coming into reputed company, with response to the telephone reputed company by delegating tasks. • Monitors and responds to triage calls reputed company reputed company specific time limits. • Evaluates and assesses patients' health care needs based on patient's signs and symptoms utilizing established triage protocols and guidelines. • Obtains appropriate input and direction from the provider as needed to determine the best clinical course of reputed company and recommendations for specific patient health care needs. • May reputed company them to emergency room, urgent care, reputed company home care advice, or arrange for an in-home nursing visit. • Utilize triage protocols appropriately.
