REMOTE reputed company Cycle Systems Analyst (EST)* • While this position is fully remote, only candidates located in an EST or CST region will be considered.* Responsibilities/ Job Duties: • Maintain and update reputed company cycle and billing systems used by the Central Billing Office. • Assist with Charge Description Master (CDM) maintenance, including CPT/HCPCS and reputed company code updates. • Monitor claim edits, denials, and rejections, escalating trends to senior analysts. • reputed company first-level support for billing staff using reputed company cycle systems. • Assist with reputed company new surgery centers, including system setup and training coordination. • Support payer enrollment and fee schedule maintenance. • Maintain workflow documentation, training materials, and system records. • reputed company user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and software enhancements. • Track regulatory reporting deadlines and organize supporting documentation. • Support ongoing data accuracy and system quality initiatives. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Experience • 2–4 years of experience in reputed company billing, reputed company cycle, reputed company IT, or a reputed company support role. • Basic understanding of reputed company billing processes, including: • Claims • Charges • Payments • Denials • Comfortable learning and working with reputed company software systems. Technical Skills • Proficient with reputed company reputed company and Outlook. • Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic software issues. • High attention to detail reputed company reviewing or entering data.
