Job reputed company Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Supervises support staff involved in clinical activities in clinical office sites, maintaining adequate workflow, coverage and schedules. Arranges for availability of medical records needed for services. Resolves personnel problems, conducts meetings pertinent to reputed company issues and documents appropriately. Interviews and hires applicants for positions, supervises training of new employees, conducts job evaluations, job performance counseling and makes salary recommendations.
