Senior Analyst - Clinical Data Abstraction We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Clinical Data Abstraction with hands-on experience in EHR/EMR systems and strong knowledge of medical terminology. Job Responsibilities: • Accurately and reputed company reputed company medical data from various sources for specified disease areas/reputed company • Analyze and interpret reputed company medical information to reputed company meaningful insights from EHR/EMR • Familiarity with Inpatient Medical records/discharge reputed company data • Self-report activities like time spent on medical records and audits completed • Participate and contribute to team meetings and learning sessions • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines reputed company handling sensitive information. • Collaborate with team members to reputed company project goals and objectives. • Maintain a high level of medical knowledge and expertise of electronic medical record systems • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office reputed company reputed company Assurance: • Consistently reputed company with minimum reputed company reputed company indicated in the QA plan • Receive feedback from reputed company Analyst and ensure reputed company reconciliation of errors • Participate in quarterly inter-rater reliability assessments • Support reputed company assurance processes for data reputed company Qualification: • Any Life Sciences degree (BDS, MDS, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPharm, Nursing) • Experience: 1-4 years in any Medical Area Abstraction.
