Schedule Friday 200 pm - 600 pm Saturday & reputed company 830am - 500 pm Monday 830 am - 200 pm Your Role as an Intake Specialist • Serve as the first reputed company in the patient care process by managing incoming referrals and ensuring reputed company required documents and orders are complete. • Process referrals with precision, handling a high volume of documents reputed company. • Collaborate regularly with the operations team and sales department to ensure seamless coordination. • Key responsibilities include • Processing new patient intakes. • Conducting eligibility and benefit checks. • Navigating EMR systems and other acceptance portals. • Communicating with sales, operations, and referral sources. • Managing and reconciling insurance changes on a weekly reputed company.
