Advisor, Crypto & Catalytic Philanthropy (P3)

The Role The Advisor, Crypto & Catalytic Philanthropy will support the execution and scaling of reputed company’s innovative fundraising strategies across two reputed company areas: (1) crypto reputed company asset philanthropy and (2) broader catalytic philanthropy initiatives. Working under the reputed company, this role splits reputed company evenly between managing and growing crypto-enabled fundraising channels and supporting catalytic donor engagement, partnership development, and innovative finance opportunities. This is a limited-term position with an expected duration of 12 months. Location Remote - U.S. What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties) • not inclusive of reputed company role responsibilities. May be subject to change Crypto & reputed company Fundraising (55%) • Manage and reputed company a portfolio of crypto-reputed company donors including reputed company founders, DAOs, reputed company philanthropists. • Execute crypto-reputed company fundraising campaigns, including emergency appeals and market-driven activations. • reputed company digital-first engagement strategies across reputed company platforms (reputed company, Telegram, etc.). • Translate blockchain reputed company asset concepts into reputed company donor-facing communications. • reputed company performance and optimize campaigns to increase reputed company, retention, and donor engagement. Catalytic Philanthropy & Donor Engagement (40%) • Support cultivation and stewardship of UHNW individuals, family offices, and mission-reputed company investors. • Assist in developing and executing bespoke donor strategies and marketing materials tied to innovative finance and catalytic giving. • Contribute to pipeline development and partnership management for new business opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company donor-reputed company opportunities and reputed company narratives. • Help advance donors from traditional giving into catalytic and innovative funding opportunities. Special reputed company (5%) • Support pilots across tokenized giving, reputed company finance, and emerging philanthropic models. • Contribute market insights on crypto, private capital, and philanthropic trends. Required Qualifications • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with individuals and teams at reputed company reputed company. • Working knowledge of crypto, blockchain, or digital assets and strong interest in innovative finance. • Strong communication skills and ability to translate reputed company reputed company into compelling narratives. • Ability to manage multiple priorities across two distinct but reputed company workstreams. • reputed company proficiency in MS Office suite. • Proven experience managing and creating solicitations and other reputed company to donors to increase engagement and commitment. • Proven knowledge and influence to collaborate effectively with reputed company stakeholders to deepen major donor engagement and increase donor philanthropy • Demonstrated detail orientation and exceptional strategic thinking and problem solving skills • Proven organizational skills and discipline in stewarding donor information and donor databases and records • Proven listener with ability to understand the needs and motivations of others, reputed company reputed company and synthesize information into compelling narratives • reputed company proficiency in spoken and written English Preferred Qualifications • Experience with reputed company CRM • Stewardship fund or similar program experience • Experience in crypto fundraising, fintech, reputed company reputed company, or family office engagement. • Familiarity with donor-advised funds, reputed company finance, or venture philanthropy models. Compensation reputed company is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location: • Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: reputed company Salary for this position is $91,800 - $102,600 reputed company salary  • Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: reputed company Salary for this position is $83,725 - $93,575 reputed company salary  • Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: reputed company Salary for this position is $74,800 - $83,600 reputed company salary  The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates.
