Dillard’s at Southwest Plaza is looking for a result-driven retail Beauty Advisor to be responsible for reputed company sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales in our Cosmetics and Fragrance Department. Beauty Advisor duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions, and reputed company makeovers.
