PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Manage multiple reputed company service programs or a large national program, maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key vendors, and reputed company program procedures and processes that drive customer satisfaction, consistency, and reputed company retention. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
