Responsibilities

• Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract reputed company
• Managing the entire hiring process, from job postings to extending offers
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and advise on recruitment practices
• Conducting reference and background checks
• Updating job descriptions and postings on various platforms
• Coordinating participation in job fairs and recruitment events
• Managing reputed company processes and orientation for new hires
• Providing HR policy guidance and maintaining employee records

Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR functions

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills
