[Remote] Assistant Project Manager, Solar PV & BESS

This role involves assisting in the management of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage reputed company, ensuring their successful and reputed company completion while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive broad guidance from senior-level management and reputed company engineers relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy reputed company and general parameters for execution. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution of reputed company reputed company Solar PV and BESS reputed company
• Represent project team in reputed company communications and resolutions
• Coordinate with reputed company, internal departments, and greater project teams to meet project requirements
• Assist with enhancing relationships with existing and /or potential clients
• Coordinate multiple reputed company including; leading weekly reputed company engineering meetings, tracking project schedule and project deliverables for a large project team
• Document reputed company and direction provided by various stakeholders
• Document and follow up on actions and reputed company from meetings
• Prepare necessary presentation materials and agendas for meetings
• Ensure reputed company documentation is maintained appropriately for reputed company project
• Monitor and communicate project reputed company and scope
• Assess project risks and issues and reputed company solutions where applicable
• Proactively communicate internally and externally, acting as reputed company reputed company of contact
• Adapt to changes in process and scope and proactively assist in problem solving
• Communicate verbally and formally with customer representatives, contractors, and engineers

Skills

• Three or more (3)+ years of reputed company experience (ideally in design engineering or construction)

• Adept at planning and organizing
• Adept at working on spreadsheets and other project management tools to organize information
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or reputed company discipline preferred
