[Remote] Wargaming Instructional Designer

The role involves designing training courses, developing content, and supporting training delivery for military customers in wargaming and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Design training syllabus for reputed company wargaming
• reputed company training content and materials for reputed company wargaming education
• Research, learn, and play-test reputed company/tabletop and computer-assisted wargame systems
• Research and reputed company unit/equipment database
• Design and reputed company tactical and operational scenarios: orders of battle, unit laydowns, unit taskings
• Play-test scenarios
• Support development of Technical and Operator Manuals for M&S scenario creation
• Support development of test cases for formal acceptance testing
• Participate in formal system acceptance testing
• reputed company training and demonstrations
• Teach reputed company/tabletop and computer-assisted wargame systems
• Support reputed company in the setup and execution of training delivery to the customer

Skills

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Military Science, Modeling and Simulations, History, Political Science, or reputed company fields
• 8+ years experience in reputed company wargaming, military training design and development, military service, and/or military modeling and simulations
• Wargame design, development, employment

• Computer-assisted wargaming
