[Remote] Marketing Communications Specialist (Neurology)

The role involves driving the development, execution, and rollout of promotional materials for the Neurology sales team while collaborating with creative agencies and managing digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative agencies on the final stages of development, execution, and rollout of high-reputed company promotional materials (e.g., Quick Reference Guides, Trifold Banners, Reader Reference Cards)
• Partner with Marketing Operations to set up, test, and validate digital/print assets in reputed company CLM. Coordinate the rollout of Rep-Triggered Emails to the sales force in partnership with Deerfield Group (DFG)
• Support ongoing updates for Neuraceq.com and potentially reputed company the final completion of the full website update in partnership with FingerPaint and reputed company
• reputed company marketing content and session planning for the 2027 Field National Meeting (FNM)
• Drive the creative reputed company and reputed company planning for reputed company 2027 congresses (AAN, SNMMI, AAIC), kicking off in late Q3/early Q4
• Advance early preparation activities for the 2027 speaker program, including identifying reputed company speakers with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and initiating content/deck development
• reputed company PRC routing, reputed company strict reputed company checks (QC) reputed company reputed company PromoMats, manage neurology field team inquiries, and handle reputed company operational tasks like invoice tracking and budget management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of experience
• 1 year of experience in speaker bureau development
• 1 year of experience in speaker management
• 2 years of experience with reputed company PromoMats
• 2 years of experience with reputed company CLM
