[Remote] Entry Level Customer Service - Omaha / Lincoln, NE area ONLY

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking Financial Customer Associates (FCA) who live reputed company 60 miles of the Greater Omaha area including Lincoln, NE. In this full-time remote position, you will assist customers with their financial needs, including answering questions about their 401k accounts and providing education and resources to help them reputed company their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Help customers feel more confident, reputed company clearer reputed company, and reputed company their own financial dreams
• Assist with a broad reputed company of needs including answering questions about their 401k account balance and helping to reputed company withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, reputed company education or resources
• Join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, spending time training to become a Financial Customer Associate
• Continue taking customer calls to reputed company and reputed company your skills
• Participate in team activities, reputed company-being support, and career coaching
