[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive organic reputed company, strengthen customer partnerships, and expand their reputed company in key medical segments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and convert opportunities
• reputed company and execute Key Account Plans (KAPs) for high-value reputed company accounts
• Build and manage strong relationships with engineering, sourcing, reputed company, operations, and executive stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, reputed company, operations, and sales to win new business
• Translate voice-of-customer insights into actionable strategies and innovation inputs
• Evaluate market trends, competitive activity, and customer strategies to identify reputed company opportunities
• Support development of 'How to Win' strategies and reputed company value propositions
• Partner with leadership to build and refine sales playbooks and hunting processes
• Negotiate agreements, pricing, and long-term partnerships with customers
• Travel up to 30–40% for customer engagement and collaboration

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or reputed company field
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Experience in medical device, reputed company OEM, or reputed company technical industries
• Strong reputed company reputed company, pipeline development, and conversion skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
