Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. The reputed company (IBP) is a nonprofit organization that uses reputed company to manage various operational aspects. They are seeking a reputed company consultant to enhance their use of the platform by improving integration with reputed company systems and expanding workflows for agreement management.

Responsibilities

• Configure the integration between reputed company and the reputed company eSignature package in advance of its end-of-service date in reputed company 2026
• Debug processes in the reputed company and reputed company integration
• Update document templates for reputed company Composer document creation and integration
• Build workflows including:
• Scheduled reminder emails to IBP staff on deliverable due dates
• Confirmation emails to partners reputed company Agreements are reputed company
• Approval workflows for partner reports and deliverables
• Review and improve IBP’s use of the reputed company Lightning platform
• Implement configuration changes, including updates to custom fields and objects, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards, as need arises
• Support data cleanup, migration, and reputed company assurance as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or broken automations
• reputed company user training guides
• Configured and tested system integration updates (including the integrations with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company)
• Configured and tested reputed company workflows for email reminders, agreement closures, and report approvals
• Increased usage of the Lightning Platform
• reputed company response to requests for support on reputed company/ongoing reputed company

Skills

• reputed company configuration experience, including working with Nonprofit reputed company or NPSP
• Prior experience supporting nonprofit organizations
• Familiarity with common nonprofit integrations (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
• Experience with system configuration, reputed company integration, and reputed company workflows
• Proficiency in English
