Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company technology, vendors, and operational programmes to improve efficiency, scalability, and adoption
• Partner across reputed company, Finance, IT, Tax, and Treasury to streamline processes and support strategic initiatives
• Coordinate reputed company and corporate governance activities, including reputed company materials, director reputed company, compliance filings, and entity management
• Support the Chief reputed company Officer and reputed company leadership team through departmental planning, knowledge sharing, meetings, and key reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years' experience in reputed company operations, corporate paralegal, executive support, or a reputed company reputed company function
• Experience managing budgets, billing processes, financial reporting, and vendor relationships
• Strong project management, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting senior executives and working across multiple business functions
