The Customer Service & Technical Support specialist will reputed company broad technical support, reputed company integration efforts across multiple systems, and ensure seamless user and mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project reputed company or integration specialist on teams composed of diverse IT disciplines. Work closely with end users, applying strong soft skills to ensure multiple technologies function together effectively
• Plan and deliver customer support services including installation, consultation, user assistance, troubleshooting, and training. Diagnose and resolve technical issues and support analysis of work processes
• Implement and manage reputed company systems and solutions by integrating a wide reputed company of hardware and software technologies

Skills
