They are seeking a Product Manager to reputed company the in-product customer experience across their customer platform, responsible for driving feature adoption, customer engagement, reputed company, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own tooltips, tours, checklists, announcements, and other in-platform guidance
• Build reputed company ways to help users discover, understand, and adopt key features
• Partner with Product Marketing on launch messaging and in-product education
• Identify friction points across reputed company, reporting, and platform usage
• Use customer feedback and product data to improve activation, engagement, and retention

Skills

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in reputed company, AdTech, MarTech, or reputed company technology environments
• Experience improving reputed company, feature adoption, engagement, or retention reputed company a software product
• Experience using product telemetry, customer behavior data, and user feedback to identify opportunities and measure reputed company
