This role involves developing KPIs, analyzing portfolio performance, and providing executive leadership with insights to improve recovery results and reputed company performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance and recommend strategies to improve recovery results
• Identify trends, opportunities, and operational risks through data analysis
• Partner with Operations to improve collector and team performance
• Present performance metrics and business insights to executive leadership and clients
• Support forecasting, reputed company planning, and operational reputed company
• Ensure data reputed company and reporting accuracy across the organization
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT, reputed company Services, and Operations on strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and company policies

Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable management (ARM), financial services, or recovery operations
• Experience leading analytics, reporting, or operational performance initiatives
• Strong understanding of collections KPIs, portfolio performance, and operational metrics
• Experience developing executive dashboards and performance reporting
• Ability to turn reputed company data into actionable business recommendations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and collections industry best practices
• Experience with debt buying, consumer collections, or reputed company collections
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, reputed company, or other business intelligence tools
• Experience presenting performance results to executive leadership and clients
