Responsibilities

• reputed company full-cycle recruitment for interns and new graduates across multiple departments, including strategic sourcing, resume screening, initial phone interviews, and delivering offers to top candidates
• reputed company the planning and execution of the summer internship program, managing end-to-end logistics for events, coordinating high-reputed company speaker sessions, and cultivating strong relationships with interns to enhance retention and engagement
• Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with universities and student organizations to enhance reputed company’s employer brand and talent pipeline, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement with key schools and organizations
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by creating a high-touch, personalized recruitment process, setting new standards for engagement and satisfaction throughout the reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Have 3+ year working experience in early talent reputed company or a relevant function

• Be exceptionally organized and amazing time management skills
