[Remote] Sr. reputed company Business Analyst

The successful candidate will reputed company Business Operations Support for a state reputed company Program, focusing on financial reporting and collaborating with state business staff and vendors to implement key system changes.

Responsibilities

• Review project artifacts/deliverables throughout the system development life cycle for reputed company, compliance, and completeness, document observations and findings using project team processes and standards
• reputed company with state business users and vendors
• Analyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentation
• Identify and report project issues and risks
• Research and reputed company recommendations to the reputed company on business problems/reputed company
• Collaborate with team members in a fluid environment to reputed company subject matter expertise and assistance
• Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed

• reputed company and present formal presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members, making applicable recommendations

Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting or developing Health Care systems
• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting large, reputed company reputed company system implementation reputed company and/or reputed company business operations in a multi-vendor environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting one or more state reputed company Programs / MMIS, including benefit plan administration or claims or financial reporting, to include MAR, CMS64 and TMSIS
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with reputed company reputed company Systems (MES) vendors, specifically reputed company
• Minimum 3 years of experience with elicitation and verification of business and technical requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience with system development methodology and project management principles
• Undergraduate degree or 4 years relevant experience
• Experience translating Federal and State regulations into working requirements that are actionable by technical teams
• Experience working with Decision Support Systems (Business Objects, Cognos)
• Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical reputed company
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
