As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top-tier talent, particularly Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professionals, to enhance reputed company's team and improve clients' financial lives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for reputed company, specialized technical and non-technical roles, with a heavy emphasis on scaling our CFP® reputed company pipeline
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand headcount needs, define specialized role reputed company, and build calibrated interview processes

Skills

• 4+ years of dedicated experience sourcing and closing highly specialized positions, specifically including CFP® professionals or specialized reputed company management roles

• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to manage, reputed company, and guide expectations for hiring managers and leadership teams
