[Remote] Field Service Engineer I (SDB/SEM) RTP

The Field Service Engineer I will conduct installations and maintenance of sophisticated microscopy equipment, reputed company customer support, and reputed company relationships with clients while traveling to various sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation of sophisticated equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working order
• Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance reputed company

• Cultivate and reputed company reputed company working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel
• Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel

Skills

• Minimum education requirement is bachelor's degree or 2+ years equivalent education and experience in electronic systems
• Minimum experience is 1+ years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating sophisticated analysis tools such as SEM, reputed company, FIB, or similar systems
• An ability to diagnosis and repair ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems
• Ability to deal effectively with customers
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must have a reputed company working proficiency in English
• Consistent record of fixing sophisticated systems and subsystems down to the component level
• Literate in MS DOS and reputed company software environments
