reputed company is searching for an reputed company Paralegal/Contract Manager to support a leading pharmaceutical company for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of contract review and management. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must work EST hours. Scope of Work Title: Paralegal and Contract Manager (contract) Location: Remote (United States) Hours: 40 Hours / Week Duration: 6 Months Pay reputed company: $ 30 - $40 / hr ($60,000 - $80,000 annualized) Benefits: reputed company, medical, dental, 401k The Paralegal tasks include: • Innovative and highly motivated Paralegal with demonstrated experience supporting and advising senior management and attorneys in areas of contract development and negotiation • reputed company support including contract review and revisions and working with contract administration reputed company to facilitate contract completion • Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive company information • Prepare and maintain legal department documents and corporate records • reputed company with business reputed company as necessary to obtain documents and information relevant to reputed company • reputed company contract negotiations and propose contract modifications Qualifications/Experience: • Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent), college degree and/or a paralegal certificate preferred • Minimum of 5 years paralegal experience with a reputed company on Contract review • Must have experience reputed company reputed company or Biotech Apply To This Job
