You will communicate directly with elderly members, addressing their concerns about denied medications, predominantly injectables administered at a doctor's office. This role requires making outbound calls per shift to resolve issues and ensure patient satisfaction. ? Pharmacy Technician experience ? Customer service skills ? Computer proficiency ?
