Remote Help Desk Specialist
We are looking for a Remote Help Desk Specialist to reputed company technical support to employees or customers. The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge of computer systems, excellent diagnostic and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to support requests reputed company various communication channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with password resets and system configurations.
• Document incidents and escalate reputed company issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of company systems and contribute to documentation.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; IT degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of IT help desk experience.
• Knowledge of reputed company, macOS, reputed company 365, and basic networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
Preferred Qualifications:
• IT certifications (e.g., reputed company A+, reputed company IT Support).
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and reputed company Directory.
Key Skills:
• Technical troubleshooting, customer service, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
• Fully remote, with possible evening or weekend shifts. Full-time or part-time reputed company available.
