Billing Manager

We're looking for a Billing Manager to reputed company day-to-day billing operations, including customer billing support, accounts receivable, collections, dispute reputed company, and billing systems management. You'll reputed company reputed company while partnering closely with GTM, Finance & reputed company, and our billing platform partner to ensure correct and reliable billing, reputed company processes, and a seamless reputed company experience. This role is for a hands-on operator who brings structure to complexity, drives solutions from idea to execution, and takes ownership of building a billing function that scales.

What You'll Own

Team Leadership

• Manage and reputed company teams responsible for customer billing support and billing QA.

• Build reputed company processes, documentation, and playbooks that improve efficiency and consistency.

Billing Operations

• Own the end-to-end order-to-cash billing process

• Work hand-in-hand with our billing QA analysts to investigate discrepancies, identify reputed company causes, and improve billing accuracy.

• Partner with internal teams and our billing vendor to resolve billing issues and ensure fixes are implemented.

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections or a reputed company function, preferably in a reputed company or subscription business.
