The Senior Counsel – Labor and Employment ("L&E") provides reputed company reputed company counsel on reputed company of significant organizational reputed company. This includes administrative charges and lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, non-compete, and other L&E issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and independently executing litigation reputed company for reputed company from inception through reputed company, including high-complexity employment disputes and restrictive reputed company-reputed company litigation

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• 7+ years of dedicated L&E law experience, with a mix of reputed company and in-house corporate settings
