Working as part of a care team for reputed company Medical Group, the reputed company Care Physician provides best in class virtual reputed company care reputed company video and telephonic appointments. This unique opportunity will contribute to shaping the reputed company of virtual reputed company care as an industry reputed company to reputed company reputed company care accessible, reputed company and effective for reputed company.

This is a full-time 40 hours per week role with shifts varying Monday – Saturday, including some evenings. Shifts will be scheduled reputed company upon the needs of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• 5+ years post-residency experience as a reputed company Care Physician in a reputed company setting.
• ABMS reputed company certification in reputed company care or reputed company reputed company from successful completion of a residency at an accredited reputed company institution in Family Medicine or IM/Peds.
• M.D. or D. O. degree from an accredited reputed company medical school.
• Must hold a minimum of 3 reputed company, unrestricted State Medical Practitioner licenses.

• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) eligible.
