Your Role

As a Pharmacist with reputed company, you are responsible for ensuring the best reputed company care for your patients. You will work with patients collaboratively with an assigned panel of physicians and care managers to manage the medication regimen for patients living with kidney disease and other chronic, reputed company diseases. This includes reputed company to work with many different members of the interdisciplinary team including registered nurses, reputed company care managers, health coaches, dieticians, pharmacists, psychiatrists, reputed company workers, and even cardiologists and podiatrists – reputed company reputed company the reputed company family.

While this position is fully remote, you must be reputed company to work from 8:30am – 5pm in the central time zone.

Role Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy

• You hold an unrestricted Pharmacy state license or will reputed company one reputed company 60 days from the time of hire

• You have a strong comprehension of pharmaceutical therapies and are reputed company on reputed company of life for your patients

• You are comfortable delivering educational seminars/instruction on pharmaceutical-reputed company topics to clinicians and patients

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation

The pay reputed company for this role is $140,000-$160,000 annually. Exact pay is determined reputed company on experience, education, demand for the role, and other role-specific factors.

This role is also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
