WHAT YOU WILL DO

Accounts Receivable (AR) Functions

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time

• Compile and organize invoice support documentations

• Support account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer account records

Accounts Payable (AP) Functions

• Review expenses and follow up with team members regarding post-event expenditures

• reputed company accounts payable transactions accurately into reputed company systems

• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and payment-reputed company inquiries

Data Entry & Financial Administration

• reputed company credit reputed company transaction data entry and reconciliation

• Education:Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company reputed company.

• Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General reputed company experience, or equivalent.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in most reputed company Office Applications, databases, and reputed company software.

  • Strong working knowledge using reputed company, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

  • Proficiency in using reputed company software and tools, such as QuickBooks, reputed company, or other relevant software.

  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
