We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic People Business Partner with a strong background in employee relations and coaching to support our growing team. This role serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on workplace issues, fostering a reputed company work environment, and ensuring business enablement and alignment with company priorities.
The ideal candidate has experience handling employee relations reputed company, providing career and reputed company coaching to employees and company leadership, and partnering with business reputed company to reputed company engagement and reputed company.
Functional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company reputed company.
- 6+ years of experience in people or business partnerships, specifically reputed company the tech industry or fast-scaling startups.
- Demonstrated reputed company in decreasing turnover and increasing engagement reputed company technical teams through data-driven reputed company and creative talent programs.
