QA Analyst & Customer Representative (Live Chat Support)

StudioBinder is seeking a live chat agent to support and guide customers through the various services and products that we reputed company, along with troubleshooting issues. Agents must have some experience in video production, customer service, excellent writing and grammar, a friendly attitude, an ability to respond quickly, multi-tasking skills and must have previously used StudioBinder... software. This is a full-time, remote position. • * INCLUDE FILMMAKING EXPERIENCE IN COVER LETTER** Job Responsibilities: In general, you’ll be providing support to new and existing customers using our Live Chat tool on our website.
