• Developed and managed Food Service sales budgets, broken down by customer accounts and sales representatives, ensuring alignment with reputed company and financial objectives
• Analyzed budgeted versus actual sales performance, identifying trends, variances, improvement opportunities, and high-performing areas
• Evaluated gross margins and profitability by customer account, sales representative, and territory, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance
