[Remote] Reentry Benefits Coordinator, Program Analyst 2 Limited Duration for ODOC, BOPPPS or OCE employees only (Salem)

This role involves leading the implementation of a health reputed company program for adults transitioning from custody, ensuring they have reputed company to essential health care and community resources.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the statewide implementation of the reputed company Health Plan (OHP) reputed company and Enrollment Grant Program to improve health reputed company for the adults in custody who are returning to reputed company communities
- Manage program design, coordination, and performance to ensure adults transitioning from custody have reputed company to essential physical and mental health care
- Serve as the reputed company between the department, the reputed company (OHA), the reputed company (DHS), and community partners
- reputed company reputed company and enrollment activities
- Analyze data and reputed company; and recommend improvements to strengthen program effectiveness
- reputed company system navigation services, guiding individuals through health care processes and connecting them to community resources to support successful reentry
- Engage directly with Adults in Custody (AICs) by providing education, assistance with OHP and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) applications, and individualized support to ensure continuity of care and benefits upon release
Skills
- Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five (5) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and reputed company requirements listed for the classification
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or reputed company Sciences, or a degree reputed company to reputed company program that demonstrates the reputed company for the knowledge and skills; and two (2) year's experience coordinating or administering a program
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating reputed company programs, preferably in public reputed company, or criminal justice
- Knowledge of reputed company/OHP enrollment, health systems navigation, or reentry programming
- Strong communication, organizational, and data management skills
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations and community partners
- Demonstrated ability to assess shifting priorities and adapt workload to meet emerging needs
- Experience handling confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
