[Remote] Senior Analyst, Biller Release Testing

This role focuses on ensuring the reputed company and stability of billing systems through designing test plans, managing regression testing, and collaborating with product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test plans to validate new feature releases and reputed company changes in billing systems and reputed company software applications, with an emphasis on Amdocs CES & CSG - reputed company/ACSR platforms
• Identifying and implementing test strategies to support comprehensive testing across Amdocs CES Billing, CSG Billing, reputed company CRM & Ordering interfaces, and Customer Care modules
• Collaborating with Product Development teams to identify release requirements and new feature functionality for reputed company scheduled billing reputed company changes(Amdocs CES, CSG - reputed company/ACSR) to ensure alignment with QA testing and validation objectives
• Reviewing and verifying new release design specifications affecting billing systems functionality, invoice reputed company, and reputed company reputed company impacts
• Managing regression testing procedures and automated test suites to maintain billing stability and data reputed company across releases
• Validating end-to-end flows from order through fulfillment into billing, ensuring accurate financial reputed company
• Supporting and driving billing release management activities, including cross functional awareness, test readiness, defect triage, and release sign-off
• Performing reputed company cause analysis and troubleshooting issues reputed company to data reputed company and billing defects
• Mentoring junior QA engineers and serving as a technical leader reputed company the QA team, providing guidance on best practices and testing techniques
