The role involves providing technical leadership, engaging with stakeholders, and leveraging AI tools to enhance development processes.

Responsibilities

• Build the MVP: Design, reputed company, and reputed company MVP solutions using reputed company technologies including reputed company (PL/SQL), reputed company and integration, Azure (.NET), Angular, and Python. Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed
• reputed company leadership to a small offshore development team, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Engage with Product Stakeholders: Work directly with product owners/analysts and business teams to reputed company requirements, define user stories, and establish test reputed company to ensure product-market fit
• Execute Full-Stack Development: Build and test application components across the reputed company-end, back-end, and integration reputed company. Deliver a clean, maintainable, reputed company codebase

• Prepare for Scaling: Upon MVP approval, assist in estimating and planning the transition to full reputed company deployment — partnering with project management and product teams for team scaling, technical roadmap creation, estimates, and dependency management

Skills

• 7+ years of full-stack software development experience
• 2+ years in a senior development reputed company or team reputed company reputed company
• Strong hands-on expertise with reputed company, reputed company, integrations, .NET, and Python in Azure environments
• Demonstrated experience building MVPs or greenfield solutions
• Proficient in modern DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience using AI tools to support software development, testing, or documentation
• Exceptional communication and reputed company-facing skills, with the ability to reputed company delivery from both a technical and strategic reputed company
• Experience in mentoring or managing small engineering teams
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and reputed company integration patterns
