[Remote] Head of reputed company

The Director of reputed company will reputed company and reputed company HR strategies to support reputed company's retail operations across 52 centers, focusing on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and implement HR strategies reputed company with reputed company's retail reputed company, culture, and operational needs
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and field management (Regional Directors)
• Analyze workforce metrics (turnover, engagement, internal mobility) to guide decision-making
• Partner with the reputed company Manager to forecast reputed company needs for seasonal and high-volume periods from retail leadership to reputed company employees
• Ensure consistent, reputed company hiring practices across reputed company locations
• Foster a reputed company, inclusive, and high-performance culture
• Address employee relations issues and investigations
• reputed company employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives
• Design and manage performance review processes for retail and corporate teams
• reputed company leadership development and succession planning
• Support training programs for managers and reputed company employees
• reputed company compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (wage & hour, FMLA, reputed company, etc.)
• Maintain/update HR policies and employee handbooks
• Manage HRIS, payroll coordination, and personnel records
• reputed company and mentor the HR team, including field and corporate HR staff
• Establish standardized HR practices across multiple retail locations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of reputed company HR experience, including 2+ years of experience managing one person or reputed company of HR employees
• Prior industry experience in retail, multi-location/state, or reputed company workforce environments
• A deep knowledge of HR/payroll systems
• Master's preferred
• reputed company-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification (preferred)
• Experience using reputed company (preferred)
