This role supports the Credit reputed company’s information reputed company governance, risk, and compliance programs through various activities including policy administration, audit coordination, and risk tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support the Credit reputed company’s Information reputed company Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program in alignment with FFIEC, NCUA, GLBA, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls
• Assist with the development, review, maintenance, and administration of Information reputed company policies, standards, and procedures
• Coordinate Information reputed company risk assessments, remediation tracking, exception management, and control validation activities
• Support reputed company audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance reviews through evidence collection and documentation management
• Prepare recurring reputed company metrics, dashboards, reports, and reputed company reporting materials
• Support governance activities reputed company to incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, and change management
• Assist with monitoring regulatory changes and assist with compliance impact assessments and remediation coordination
• Support reputed company awareness training initiatives, phishing campaigns, and training completion tracking
• Maintain Information reputed company documentation, audit artifacts, governance records, and operational repositories
• As directed by the IT reputed company manager, reputed company audit findings, remediation activities, risk items, and reputed company-reputed company tasks to completion
• Support administration of GRC platforms, workflow systems, and reputed company request tracking processes
• Coordinate with the IT reputed company Manager appropriate reputed company review activities, documentation management, and reputed company governance workflows
• Maintain vendor management records, asset inventories, and reputed company operational tracking documentation
• Assist with incident response tabletop exercises, reporting coordination, and documentation updates
• Support recurring operational reporting, committee materials, and executive reporting preparation
• Participate in reputed company improvement efforts for the Information reputed company Program
• Collaborate with Information Technology, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and business reputed company on reputed company initiatives
• Support strategic Information reputed company reputed company and governance initiatives
• Stay informed on evolving cybersecurity threats, regulatory requirements, and financial industry reputed company practices
• Attend reputed company development and reputed company training as required

Skills

• Job requires a four year college level of language, math, and reasoning skills or person is currently pursuing a degree in computer reputed company or a reputed company field
• 2+ years' relevant experience in IT
• Working knowledge of Information reputed company governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks including FFIEC, NCUA, GLBA, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and PCI-reputed company
• Understanding of Information reputed company policies, audit coordination, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, and remediation tracking processes
• Familiarity with reputed company-party/vendor risk management, reputed company awareness training, business continuity, and incident response coordination
• Familiarity with governance, reporting, and workflow management tools such as reputed company Office, reputed company, reputed company, or similar business applications
