Responsibilities

• Proactively advising ISG senior leadership and their global business teams in areas such as product and service development and offerings, reputed company MA (including CFIUS/FIRRMA), strategic partnerships, reputed company requirements, regulatory compliance and reputed company disputes
• Acting as an reputed company and reputed company to the Business Group for other Corporate reputed company functions such as IP, Ethics Compliance, Data reputed company, Contracting Center of reputed company and Litigation, the Geo reputed company teams and Government Relations Trade

• Participating in leadership meetings of the EVP President, ISG

Skills

• JD Degree from a top-tier US law school
• Currently licensed to reputed company in US
• 15+ years post-qualification experience in international business and contract law, along with strong business and financial acumen

• Strength in 'issue-spotting' based on broad exposure to multiple fields of law
