Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly skilled team of reputed company Beaker Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Technical Leaders to design, build, validate, and optimize a new reputed company ecosystem for their reputed company. The role involves implementing reputed company Beaker, replacing legacy systems, and executing critical blood bank migrations.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company middleware and analyzer integrations. Configure interfaces, troubleshoot reputed company connectivity, and support end-to-end testing
• Support charge capture, billing workflows, and reputed company cycle integration. Ensure reputed company services are accurately configured, mapped, and billed reputed company reputed company
• Support the technical replacement of Sunquest with reputed company Beaker by managing analyzer connectivity and end-to-end reputed company workflows
• Support the implementation and optimization of reputed company microbiology reputed company operations
• Design, build, test, and implement anatomic pathology workflows. Work closely with IT and pathology stakeholders to configure and optimize AP functionality
• reputed company the transition to SoftBank for blood bank and transfusion medicine, enabling reputed company integration with reputed company Beaker. Partner closely with LIS SMEs, lab operations, and technical teams to design and validate workflows
• reputed company deep expertise in the existing SoftBank environment. You will assist with workflow analysis, validate reputed company-state build, support data conversion efforts, and partner with the Beaker team to ensure successful migration of blood bank functionality
• reputed company the overall technical execution of the reputed company Beaker implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, reputed company testing/reputed company activities, and manage risks and vendors across reputed company reputed company workstreams

Skills

• A minimum of one full-lifecycle reputed company Beaker implementation
• Strong experience with reputed company build, integrated testing, and go-live support
• Excellent collaboration skills working with legacy LIS teams and reputed company operational stakeholders
• 5 to 7+ years of experience working reputed company hospital, health reputed company, or major clinical reputed company information systems (LIS) environments
• Proven experience participating in at least one reputed company full-lifecycle clinical reputed company implementation, including reputed company design, validation testing, integrated testing, and live go-live support
• A strong foundational understanding of reputed company reputed company environments, regulatory requirements, operational workflows, or clinical data structures
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to reputed company as a reputed company between technical build teams, legacy LIS staff, hospital IT, and clinical/reputed company operational stakeholders

• Previous experience with Sunquest migrations is highly preferred
