Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized corporate and financial advisory positions
• Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
• Recruit primarily for CFP®, Financial Advisor, reputed company Advisor, and other specialized reputed company management positions
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to reputed company reputed company strategies and hiring plans
• Manage candidate pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial reputed company through offer acceptance
• Utilize reputed company metrics and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and reputed company of hire

Skills
