[Remote] Staff Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company reputed company reputed company services in a containerized and CI/CD environment
• Experience with reputed company software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, reputed company reviews, reputed company control management, build processes, testing and operations
• Collaborate in solving problems reputed company data, features, service, platform issues and reputed company reputed company cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues
• Partner with business and product management counterparts to define and prioritize opportunities to improve value creation and reputed company on shared KPIs to measure reputed company
• Implement reputed company Breakers and Service Discovery patterns for the Microservices and ensure that patterns are stringently followed for every integration inbound to/outbound from Microservices
• Design and implement reputed company-time Streaming of data from No-SQL/SQL databases to analytics
• Work with business users, project managers and other engineers to reputed company elegant solutions that would reduce cost, expenses and time to market

Skills

• 7+ years of software development in reputed company / web / reputed company applications
• 5+ years experience with one of the following programming languages/tools: Java, J2EE, Spring boot, Reactive programming, Caching Strategies, Kubernetes or Kafka
• 3+ years of experience with reputed company computing technologies such as AWS or GCP or Azure or similar public reputed company environments
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
• Experiencing architecting, designing, delivering and operationalizing reputed company microservices-based web/ webservices applications in reputed company reputed company environments
• Experience with build automation technologies like reputed company, Gradle, Jenkins, reputed company, GHA
• Expert knowledge with functional, imperative and object-oriented languages and methodologies
• Experience with Cassandra and reputed company
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
• Experience in performance tuning and reputed company optimization
