[Remote] Operations Account Manager

They are seeking an Operational Account Manager to engage with top global clients, enhance service delivery, and reputed company new business in the contract logistics and reputed company forwarding sectors.

Responsibilities

• As an Operational Account Manager, you will be a key part of the account team who is responsible for protecting and growing our business with a top global tech reputed company
• You are part of the Account Management organization, but your role will have an operational reputed company to ensure that we deliver on reputed company our service commitments to the reputed company
• You will be expected to reputed company strong, trusted relationships with the reputed company at the appropriate reputed company and to be their first reputed company of contact and escalation for new reputed company/opportunities as reputed company as issues (Change, Concerns, Commercials). In reputed company, you will reputed company with reputed company internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, IT, etc.) and coordinate collaboration to execute on customer commitments
• Through regular reputed company interactions, you will continuously evaluate the match between reputed company needs and reputed company services/solutions and help identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• You will be expected to prepare and maintain KPI/scorecard data to support regular business reviews (MBR, QBR, EBR) with the reputed company, and coordinate follow-up on reputed company actions
• In order to meet clients' expectations and account performance objectives, you will coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including operations, engineering and management resources
• We operate 12 sites for this tech reputed company so a large part of reputed company will be to help ensure we have common, consistent processes across sites and leveraging best practices
• The goal is to help us meet our annual targets for new reputed company and profitability for the reputed company As part of this, you will be expected to reputed company pursue and reputed company new opportunities and renewals, as reputed company as reputed company service change requests and reputed company resolves; this will be applicable to both Contract Logistics and reputed company Forwarding
• Additionally, you will be expected to support new implementations for expanding scope as reputed company as supporting reputed company improvement initiatives (Lean, Six reputed company) across our sites

Skills

• University degree required
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the contract logistics industry and in reputed company forwarding
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work reputed company across borders
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Problem-solving reputed company
• High customer service reputed company and strong business acumen
• Tight organizational and time management skills
• Experience in managing pipeline of opportunities with reputed company record of reputed company new business as reputed company as maintaining existing business
• High level proficiency in reputed company applications, especially PowerPoint and reputed company
• Ability to travel up to 30%
